Your government agents will (without a signed warrant) quietly come to your private home at 3am, proceed to break down your doors, rush in yelling and screaming, stick guns in your face and threaten you and your family's lives at gunpoint; they will then trash your house, take your personal property, computers and whatever else as they wish; then they will drag you and your wife out into the street to make sure that all your neighbors will see and THROW YOU BOTH IN JAIL ... That is, if you choose not to mail "the forms" they illegally demand of you. It's really very simple folks, Fear them and Obey; do what you are told and you may be spared ... at least for a while. (maybe)

Question: So, what country are we living in, if we live in fear of the very people we have hired to serve and protect us? Wake up Americans! Your turn may be next.

Now, regarding the income tax imposed on wages ...

We have asked to see "The Law" (U.S. Statute) that requires citizens of the fifty states to pay a tax from their wages. The ONLY answers we have received from the IRS and the Department of Justice (to date) include threats of fines and imprisonment if we continue to pursue this course. All we want, is to see the wording of the law so that we can know.

(Is there really NO law?) If we have a legal obligation, shouldn't it be easy to cite those specific Sections and paragraphs that clearly and unequivocally state our liability to pay a tax upon our wages so that we could know -- without a doubt -- once and for all -- how we are duty bound ... as a FREE people?

Why threaten arrests and jail to those of us who just want to know? The truth ... the whole truth and nothing but the truth? It appears that the only truth they would have us know is that they will hurt us if we don't obey them ... and (above all) do not question.

Now, before entertaining the following comments, let me ask you these questions:

A) Is our country unique in that we are NOT ruled by kings, in that we set our own laws based upon liberty and freedoms of choice -- "Of, By and For the people"?
(Yes!)

B) Do we elect representatives to assert and fulfill our desires both administratively and legislatively -- to do OUR will as a free people?
(Yes!)

C) Do the vast majority of U.S. citizens "desire" to be taxed in their wages?
(NO!) but, let us know if you ever find one.

D) So, why are your representatives not representing you? ... instead, going AGAINST your wishes?

The Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution are the cornerstones of our country's foundation. The founders knew what freedom really meant for them -- Liberty and Justice for ALL. Problems With the Income Tax?I just need to feed my family

There appear to be (at least) five (5) Major Problems with the taxing of wages for most citizens. They are:

1) Wages and Salaries are not considered "income" under the 16th amendment -- only profits (after expenses) from business and property investment. What's worse, researchers have also discovered that the 16th amendment itself was not properly "ratified" by 3/4 of the states vote back in 1913 -- the final requirement for law.
i.e. The amendment appears to have been illegally "adopted".

They Chose Freedom. What does the Constitution Say?

2) Taxing wages is not allowed as a "type" of tax (direct or indirect) as authorized under the constitution. Only TWO types of taxes are allowed: DIRECT taxes (where everyone pays the same AMOUNT) and INDIRECT taxes (where everyone pays the same RATE). The income tax is a "direct" tax where everyone pays a "different" amount and/or rate.

i.e. Such a tax must then be illegal in it's nature since it is applied "directly" but is not the same for everyone. The founders intended that NO tax be laid directly upon individuals except for extreme cases of national emergency (such as war). This is exactly why they went to war against England in the first place -- because they were being taxed directly upon their persons. (Remember 1776?) As you may recall, they said, "Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death." (i.e. that meant NO!)

Know the Truth!

3) Section 861 (within the tax code itself) prescribes ONLY "foreign commerce" as "taxable" income and never refers to citizens working within the US as taxable in their wages. So, even if the income tax were legal, there appears to exist NO law that makes most citizens of the fifty (50) states liable for a tax from their wages! (By this time you should be getting a little curious)

4) A tax on wages is (in fact) "double" taxation, since everything we do or buy has already been taxed in some other way -- imports, business, produce, excise and sales. Once again, the founders fought and died to be relieved from paying taxes assessed against their persons. Remember 1776 and the cry for Liberty from wrongful taxation? It is immoral. (sorry, had to say it again)

5) Therefore, a tax on wages is basically "theft" of your personal property -- an "extraction" (a cut) of your labor -- wages acquired from your personal output (sweat). Wages are intended to be an even and exact exchange for your labor ... your property to keep and use as you desire".

These taxes are also taken without your consent, thereby essentially making you a "serf" (a slave or at least a victim) of some other group of citizens who seek to punish you if you refuse to give them their "cut". (Yes, like a Pimp or Mafia.)

Aside of all the legal arguments which clearly invalidate any claims to a tax on wages, there are several moral principles which disallow such a "direct" tax upon a free people:

Regarding Private Property, Ownership, Freedom, Slavery and Involuntary Servitude:

1) "I was never given 'wages' for my labor, I was given an 'allowance' -- what others determined that I may keep. So, don't ever ask, 'How much do I make', instead ask, 'What is my allowance?'" -- former income tax payer

2) "Either we own our labour as 'private property' or someone else does. If we own our labour (and we do), we are a free people. If another person (or group) owns our labour or can take our labour by force (IRS), we are essentially 'owned' (used) by that person or group." -- former income tax payer

3) If we, as individuals, do not have the power to force another person to labor for us and since our government is one of a kind -- by the people -- we cannot delegate such power [to our government people] as to force others to labor for us or as to force others to turn over the fruits of their labor to us -- in any form, at any time." -- former income tax payer

4) "Labor by force is Slavery. They know that. Taking the fruits of your labor is Theft. They know that. Both are illegal under our laws and immoral under obvious truths and therefore, must end." -- former income tax payer

5) "If a 30% wage tax is legal, so is 50% or 100%. At what percentage of your lost labor do you finally begin to understand and recognize your level of ... 'Slavery' to an insatiable 'Master'. Indeed, who is the servant? Certainly NOT your government worker." -- former income tax payer

6) "Non-compliance means failure to 'comply' [with an order]. i.e. Do what we command you or you will be punished. Doesn't even sound right, none-the-less compatible with a free people. This is the ONLY law where you can be jailed for NOT doing something. Is that the 'Freedom' and 'Liberty' our founders died to secure in 1776? I don't think so." -- former income tax payer

A.) The thirteenth amendment to our constitution states: Neither Slavery nor Involuntary Servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction." http://www.house.gov/Constitution/Amend.html

7) "So, what is the crime for which we have been convicted and are now being punished? Working to feed our families?" -- former income tax payer

 

Regarding Contracts and Reason:

1) "It is generally known that whenever a contract is entered into under threat or coercion, that contract is null and void. If you want the job, you MUST sign the form. Either sign or don't have a job. The very prospect of "agreeing" to a reduction in wages by taxation is never an option and is therefore "forced" upon workers as a condition of employment along with the "fear" of retribution if you decline." -- former income tax payer

2) "For every other expense and agreement to pay in our lives (mortgage, utilities, insurance), we know exactly how much is due and when before we consent to the terms of the agreement. Because we are never certain from one week to the next how much of our wages will be removed from us in taxes (an "unknown" expense), it is impossible to adequately plan and budget for all other 'known' expenses. That fact, alone, defies all reason and basically guarantees our personal economic failure. No wonder we're all in debt up to our ears." -- former income tax payer

3) "If I agree to work a specific job for $10 an hour, I expect to get paid $10 and hour ... not $6.50 or whatever the @#! ends up in my pay check. So, I ask you, am I getting paid $10 or am I getting paid $6.50 and hour. Just tell me the truth before I start! I believe I know better than you how I need to spend MY money?" -- former income tax payer

4) "So where's this contract that I supposedly signed that gives them the right to take my living from me? I didn't sign any contract! Do they think they're a talent agency that got me the job for a percentage? I got the job. I made the money. My family needs the money, not some fat cat in a blue suit living high already. They act like the mafia! Vultures ... who stand outside my door and demand part of what I sweat my ass off for like I'm their "boy". And, if they don't get their cut, they come threaten me and my family and break into my house and take my things. The things that I earned with my back. They are the f**n mafia is all they are. Gimme my cut. f**n mafia." -- former income tax payer.

5) "We came to America to escape socialism. This income tax ... where you take from me to give to someone else (or themselves) is what they did to us there." -- former income tax payer

6) "Now, even if we were to suppose that there exists a "transaction" between you (the seller of your labor) and some employer (The purchaser of your labor), and even further, if we supposed that this "sale" of labor (service) for "payment" (wages) was indeed taxable in its "sale", ... such "sale's" tax must then be paid by the purchaser -- who is the employer -- and therefore the seller [of the labor] would receive his FULL "sale" amount (payment) at the time of sale -- just like any other merchant. So, do you see it now? There is absolutely no way to justify ANY tax on your wages." -- former income tax payer.

7) "If this tax that is taken from us (against our will) is soooo acceptable by the general public, why is everyone hiring accountants and trying to get it back ... as a return? Because deep down inside, they all know that something is wrong with the picture." -- former income tax payer

1) "Employers are coerced(forced) to remove the first portion of wages before the laborer ever sees it. i.e the worker is prevented from "freely" giving of his 'first-fruits' -- God's commandment. Since God's law supersedes man's law, the employer causes the worker to sin and the agency causes the employer to sin. Therein lie the consequences." -- former income tax payer

2) Leviticus 19:12 " 'Do not swear falsely by my name and so profane the name of your God. I am the LORD. 13 " 'Do not defraud your neighbor or rob him. " 'Do not hold back the wages of a hired man overnight. -- God's Word (how 'bout a whole year?)

3) Deuteronomy 24:14 Do not take advantage of a hired man who is poor and needy, whether he is a brother Israelite or an alien living in one of your towns. 15 Pay him [all] his wages each day before sunset, because he is poor and is counting on it. Otherwise he may cry to the LORD against you, and you will be guilty of sin. -- God's Word

4) "Matthew 17:24 (The Temple Tax) After Jesus and his disciples arrived in Capernaum, the collectors of the two-drachma tax came to Peter and asked, "Doesn't your teacher pay the temple tax?" 25"Yes, he does (white lie)," he replied. When Peter came into the house, Jesus was the first to speak. "What do you think, Simon?" he asked. "From whom do the kings of the earth collect duty and taxes--from their own sons or from others?" 26"From others," Peter answered. 27"Then the sons are EXEMPT," Jesus said to him." -- Gods Word -- Jesus himself

5) "Yes, look up every reference to "tax collectors" in the Bible and you will notice that they are listed along with thieves, prostitutes and other major sinners. I think that's a bit more than just interesting, don't you?" -- former income tax payer

6) Malachi 3:5 "So I will come near to you for judgment. I will be quick to testify against sorcerers, adulterers and perjurers, against those who defraud laborers of their wages, who oppress the widows and the fatherless, and deprive aliens of justice, but do not fear me," says the LORD Almighty. -- God's Word

7) Romans 4:4 Now when a man works, his wages are not credited to him as a gift, but as an obligation. -- God's Word

 

Regarding Responsibility and Wasteful Spending:

1) "I think we pay more like 80% in taxes. First, we pay about 30+% up front. Then we go to the grocery, get gas, pay our utilities, where we contribute another 30% in hidden 'excise' and 'sales' taxes. The companies don't ever pay taxes, they build that cost into the price of their goods so that we, again, pay their taxes for them! In other words: we, as individuals, essentially pay every stinkin' tax that is ever assigned because we are the "consumers" of all other enterprise. That's why an income tax is double taxation. Everything we do or buy has already been taxed." -- former income tax payer

2) "I couldn't afford to send my kids to college. If I could have kept the money I supposedly 'earned', all three of my kids could have gone -- no problem!" -- former income tax payer

3) "I see it as a fine or a penalty for wanting to work. Those who don't work, don't have to pay their fair share. And, some who don't work even get OUR money to stay home ... or, at least, they get paid more on welfare than they would if they got a job. Man, I don't want to have to work and pay others not to work. That's not right." -- former income tax payer

4) "When I found out that my taxes were going to pay interest on loans from foreign corporations (the Federal Reserve) and not to government programs, I said, you don't need my money; you need to better manage what you have and how you spend it -- just like we do!" -- former income tax payer

5) "I understand that WE? (the US) just spent $87,000,000,000 (87 billion) to fly to mars, dig some dirt and take some pictures. Now, they know that there are hurting and needy people all over this country, some having a hard time even putting food on their tables. (87 BILLION!) Tell me why I should want to pay for digging dirt on Mars while my brothers and sisters go without food. In fact, MOST of us are just scraping by. It reminds me of the guy who couldn't keep up with his electric bill, but always managed to vacation in Hawaii or Europe.
